He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. O'Sullivan and Helen T. O'Sullivan (Flynn); and his sister Helen Milne. He is survived by: his wife Niki J. O'Sullivan (Grivas); his children, Dr. Sarah K. O'Sullivan (Dan Paddock) of York, PA, Dr. Cassandra L. Sachar (Simon Sachar) of Bloomsburg, PA, Sian M. Bailey (James Bailey) of Punta Gorda, FL, Eleanore R. Chambers (Josh Chambers) and Garth P. O'Sullivan (Krystal Torres); his grandchildren, Ronan, Finley, Serena, Bruce, Luke, Alexander, Carson, Genavieve and Ava; and his siblings, Maureen Kimes (O'Sullivan) of Tucson, AZ and James O'Sullivan (Margaret O'Sullivan) of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by his niece, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins.
