He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Neill and Isobel Neill. He is survived by: his spouse Claire Burns-Neill (Berndt); his children, Maureen Neill Sousa and Steven Neill; his grandchildren, Holly, Sean Black and Zane Neill; his siblings, Norman (Margaret) and Maureen McBride; and his stepchildren, Amanda Sedora, Jessica Kunkle, Rebecca Molloy and Murphy Burns. He is also survived by seven step grandchildren.
