He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia Jean Schwenk (Bailey); and his parents, George Schwenk and Helen Schwenk (Duka). He is survived by: his daughter Crystal L. Schwenk (Jennifer R.) of Emmaus; his grandson Jack Henry; his son Jerry H. Schwenk, Jr. (Bechirose) of The Philippines; his grandchild Brooke Rose; his sisters, Joyce Wheeler of Whitehall and Dolores Bogdon (Joe); and his close friend Dortha Repsher of Kutztown.
