He is survived by: his wife Dolly; his children, Allen C. Silfies (Tavis) and Diane L. Edwards (Melvin P. Edwards IV); his grandchildren, Natalie (Miguel), Sommer, Nathan (Kelli), Lucas, Hailie and Hunter; his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Mason, Deacon, Corbin, Caleb and Trevor; and his sisters, Betty Lou Moyer and Ivy Knoshaug.
