She was predeceased by: her husband Robert W. Spohn of Boyertown; her parents, Alice R. Schwenk (Moyer) and Howard S. Schwenk; and her siblings, Helen M. Clouser, Ernest M. Schwenk and Vernon M. Schwenk. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
