He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick W. and Luzetta Bennicoff Sr. (Wessner). He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Bennicoff (Haas); his sons, Timothy W. Haas of Port Clinton and Greg C. Bennicoff (Amy) of Kutztown; and his grandchildren, Julie Jane Haas, Garrett, Leia and Jordyn Bennicoff.
