He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Hertzog (Welliver); his sons, Keith D. Hertzog of Locust Dale, Kenneth A. Hertzog (Cindy) of Gordon and Ricky K. Hertzog (Mary) of New Ringgold; his grandchildren, Nicole (Rick Orth), Nina (Daniel Rundle) and Eric; his great grandchildren, Bret, Kylie and Marcus; and his siblings, Shirley King of Hamburg, Noel Hertzog (Marie) of Kutztown and Carl Hertzog of Fleetwood.
