He was predeceased by: his wife Karen. He is survived by: his children, Samantha DiPietroantonio, Sante, Shaunna and Tyler (Karen Kaba); his grandchild Dashia Toure; his parents, Glenn, Sr. and Millie; his siblings, Glenn, Jr. (Sue) and Patricia (Ron); his grandson Jionni Rivera; and his nieces and nephews, Kristi Johnston, Amber Ward, Natalie Sherrill, Kyle Ward and Glenn, III. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kingsway Church in David's honor.
