He is survived by: his spouse Brooke Anthony (Hoffman); his parents, Ray D. of Kunkletown and Karen M. Anthony (Haffner) of Kunkletown; his brothers, Marc A. Anthony of Norfolk, VA and Samuel D. Anthony of Kunkletown; and his grandmother Virginia Anthony (Smith) of Kunkletown.
