De Simone of Kunkletown, PA; her daughter Carissa De Simone (Vincent David) of Kunkletown, PA.; her siblings, Cheri Searfass (Paul) of Easton, PA, Shellie Tilwick (Bob) of Washington Twp, Necie Tittle (Richard) of Saylorsburg, PA, Jan Pilz (Mike) of Easton, PA and Edward Pilz (Donna) of Easton, PA; her niece Courtney Wilcox (Gerris); her nephews, Jeffrey Searfass (Dana), Sean Searfass, Richard Tittle and Tyler Pilz; her great-nephew Bryson; and her great-nieces, Kinsley and Gia.
