He is survived by: his parents, Teunis Oskam (Barbara) of Brodheadsville, PA and Michelle Oskam (Fordham) of Stroudsburg, PA.; his brothers, Marc A. Oskam (Wendy) of Brodheadsville, PA, Todd W. Oskam (Paula) of Melbourne, FL, Justin B. Oskam of Jonas and Corey J. Oskam (Sarah); his stepsiblings, Tonia Kowalick of Henryville, PA and Michael Fischer of Glen Rock, PA; and his aunts and uncles, Chris Fordham of Mooristown, PA, Anna Woods of Palm Bay, FL, Margaret McCabe (Frank) of Canonsburg, PA, Mark Fordham of Arizona, Adrian Oskam (Roxanne) of East Stroudsburg, PA, Benjamin Oskam (Sue) of Palm Bay, FL and John Oskam (Laura) of Palmira, PA.. He is also survived by one nephew and seven cousins.
