Carfagna; her parents, Carmella Goodyear and Valentino; her children, Kenneth La Mantia (Mixty) of Savannah, GA, Gregory La Mantia Sr. of Spring Hill, FL, Gina La Rosa (Jeffrey) of Clermont, FL, AnneMarie Long (Stan) of Kunkletown and Michelle Powierski (Timothy) of Albrightsville; her siblings, Nicholas Goodyear (Debbie), Minnie Yoerg (Gerald) and Judy Martinez; her grandchildren, Gregory Jr., Kayla, Briana, Stanley, Alexandra, Samantha, Joseph, Anthony, John and James; and her great grandchild Ava. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
