He is survived by: his parents, Richard H. Salter Sr. of Phillipsburg, NJ. and Betty Salter (Reiss) of Phillipsburg, NJ.; his children, Richard H. Salter III and Lindsey Mae Salter of Kunkletown; his brother Robert Salter (Terri) of Phillipsburg, NJ; his niece Farrahlynn Randall (Adam) of Lebanon, NJ; his grandchildren, Kayla, Mackenzie, Louis and Abby; his nephews, Chad Salter of West Hempstead, NY and Milo Randall; and also, Brandin, Walter Nawrocki and Shirley Nawrocki.
