She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Haydt and Bertha Haydt (Strohl); her husband Clark Beltz; and her sister Ruth Warner. She is survived by: her daughter Kim Beltz (Michael Mazepa); her granddaughter Jennifer Cebrosky; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Garrett and Carter Buck.
