George R. Kresge Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George R. Kresge of Kunkletown, Pennsylvania, born in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 31, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Kresge (Shafer); and his siblings, Harry, Herbert Kresge, Margaret Tomsic and Helen Kresge (Reich).
He is survived by: his father Ezra Kresge; his girlfriend Sharon Konawalik; his children, Tanya Kresge of Kunkletown, Renee Kresge (Chris Dickert) of Walnutport and Cale Kresge of Lehighton; his grandchildren, Kylie, Caden and Kellen; and his former wife Marilee Kresge (Pritchard). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
