He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jane (Weiss); and his parents, John Smith and Mary Smith (George). He is survived by: his children, Chris Smith (Sharon) and Nancy Frantz; his grandchildren, Ernest Frantz, Sherry Frantz, Holly, Travis Lowe, Jonathan and Kimberly Smith; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Lowe, Damien Frantz, Reagan and Kennedy Smith. He is also survived by his loving family and many friends.
