She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Jon (Susan), Wayne (Carolyn), Chris (Carolyn) and Regina Kelly (Daniel); her grandchildren, Ian (Kara), Kyle, Corina (Eric), Colin, Danielle (John), Liam, Stephen, Sean, Maggie and Olivia; and her niece Carol. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Theresa's memory may be made to Little Flower High School.
