He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mayton and Dorothy Mayton (Adams); his wife Mary; and his sister-in-law Jean Mayton. He is survived by: his siblings, William Mayton (Bill) and Mary Ann Venarchick (John); his niece Vida Saylor; his stepson Robert Swaldi (BJ); and his pet Gussy.
