It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nora Avellino of Kulpmont, Pennsylvania, born in Palmerton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Searfoss, Sr. and Louise Searfoss (Ratajcak). She is survived by: her husband Peter Avellino Jr.; her children, Peter Avellino III (Jen) of Gilbertsville and Victoria Avellino Strunk (Christopher) of Stroudsburg; her grandsons, Bennett (Peter), Grayson and Cole (Victoria); and her brother John Searfoss II (Valerie).
