She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zydanowich and Sabina Zydanowich (Jennis); and her husband Joseph J. Slaby Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Caroline Stepp (Gary) and Joseph J. Slaby Jr. (Eileen); her brother Robert Zydanowich; her grandchildren, Heather Stepp, Gary Lee Stepp, Michael Slaby and David Slaby; and her great grandchild Alexander Slaby. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
