She was predeceased by: her parents, Celeste "Charles" and Lena Donati (Endrizzi); her spouse Thomas John Terry; and her siblings, Rose Narcavage and Joseph Donati.
She is survived by: her daughter Tina Baranoski (Jeffrey) of Atlas; her grandchildren, Ryan and Kyle Baranoski; her son Thomas R. Terry (Connie) of Hummelstown; her grandchildren, John Terry (Katie), Autumn and David Terry (Ania); her great grandchildren, Lucas and Matthew Terry; her daughter Arlene Terry-Kepner of Atlas; her granddaughter Theresa Frye; and her great grandchildren, Zackary, Zoie and Isabella Moore. She is also survived by three children, five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
