It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen M. Goretsky of Kulpmont, Pennsylvania, born in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 24, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Neill and Emily O'Neill (Adams); her spouse Russell Goretsky; and her siblings, Patricia Kovaleski and John O'Neill.
She is survived by: her children, MaryBeth Goretsky (Richard Greco), Kristine Duran (Michael) and Russel A. Goretsky; her grandchildren, Brandon Goretsky, Russell Goretsky, Lauren Apichell, Elijah Duran, Kelsey Goretsky and Mason Duran; and her great grandchild Ever J. Apichell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to SS Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church.
