He is survived by: his mother Katherine Stasick of Mt. Carmel; his niece Patricia Shadle (Jim) of Mt. Carmel; his great-niece Emily Stasick of Natalie; his cousins, Sandra Fodor of Kulpmont, Marie, Sharon Casper of Trevorton, Gary Minium (Patricia) and Nicole Brocious of Mt. Pleasant Mills; and his sister-in-law Theresa Boyer of Natalie.
