Toter of Kulpmont, Pennsylvania, born in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 28, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Toter and Anna Toter (Dawda); and his grandson Dylan Toter. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Toter; his children, Anthony Toter (Edie) and Donna Toter; his grandchildren, Jennie Toter, Rachel Toter, Brandon Toter and Michael McSurdy; and his siblings, Helen Pavis and Anthony Toter (Barbara). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
