It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alberta D. Zlockie of Kulpmont, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 1, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Karpinski; her husband Charles Zlockie Sr. (Kaz); her son Charles Zlockie Jr. (Kazu); and her siblings, Helen Karpinski (Sally) and Clem Karpinski (Sonny).
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Ann McCabe (Jim) of Kulpmont, Christine Borusiewicz (Tom) of Indiana, Kathryn Mary Holleran (Dennis) of Kulpmont, Mary Ellen Chesney (John Allen) of Hampton, VA, Nancy Harvey (Jonathan) of Dalton, Joel Zlockie (Carleen) of Mt Carmel, Michelle Shimko (Raymond) of Kulpmont and Daniel Zlockie (Jeanine) of Mountain Top; her grandchildren, Abigail, Nathaniel Zlockie, Eric (Sadie), Patrick (Deserae), Molly McCabe, Victoria McDowell (Jon), Dominique, Nicholas Borusiewicz (Kelsey), Monica Wilden (Matt), Tyler (Jackie), Luke, Alex Holleran, Justin (Carissa), Lydia Chesney, Zane, Livia Zlockie, Jacob Kleman, Emma, Noah Shimko, Braden, Marley and Kennedy Zlockie; her great grandchildren, Corin McCabe, Caliana Hauck, Charlotte, Lochlan, Isla McCabe, Brooks, Rory McDowell and Easton Wilden; her daughter-in-law Eileen Pfeil Zlockie (Jim Karnes) of Indiana; her godson Frank; her children, Ava, Asher of Collegeville, Melissa Karnes of Kulpmont and Jennifer Rania (Tony) of Florida; and her caregivers, Barbara, Leona and Violet.
