It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard J. Strausberger Sr. of Kresgeville, Pennsylvania, born in Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George R. Strausberger and Mamie Strausberger (Knappenberger); his stepson David Bartholomew; his daughter-in-law Brenda Strausberger (Fedor); and his siblings, George J. Strausberger and Shirley A. Conarty.
He is survived by: his wife Blanche Strausberger (Haydt) of Kresgeville; his children, Richard J. Strausberger Jr. (Monica) of Kunkletown, Judith Strausberger of Wyoming, Bruce Strausberger (Michele Davidson) of Lehighton, Brian Strausberger (Stephanie) of Kunkletown, Brenda Drew (Keith) of Kunkletown, Scott Strausberger (Anthony Villani) of Bethlehem and Jenni Leiby; his son-in-law Michael; his daughter Alyssa Cathers; his child-in-law Glen; and his children, Joseph Strausberger (Nicole), Jesse Strausberger (Tiffany), Phillip Koster, Lauren Koster (David Gardner) and Natalie Hungate-Strausberger. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews.
