He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Kuntzman and Jean Kuntzman (Boyer); his spouse Jean A. Kuntzman (Walters); and his siblings, Kim Costenbader, Karl, Milton and Rickie Kuntzman.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jane George (Bill) of Aquashicola and Ann Goldberg (Richard) of Lehighton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
