He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer J. Best and Sara E. Eisenhuth Best; and his siblings, Jack Best, Chuck Best, Hez Best, Jay Best, Wanda Brocious and Betty Lou Huffman.
He is survived by: his wife Dolly Dee "DeeDee" Culp; and his sons, William Michael "Mike" Best (Shelly) of Franklin and Toby Allen Best (Taryn) of Emlenton. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bill's name to a charity organization of one's choice.
