It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genevieve Umstead of Kossuth, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 13, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Huffman and Sarah Jane Huffman; and her husband Harry I. Umstead. She is survived by: her children, Carol Guthrie (Walt), Donna Leyrer (Gary), William Umstead (Jill), Larry Umstead and Dorothy Bowser (Brian). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Trinity Church's Children's program.
