He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Berkebile and Mildred Craig Berkebile; his former wife Jean; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Jessie Swogger Berkebile; his stepsons, Kevin Swogger (Michelle Archuleta) of Ellwood City and Randy Hollenbeck of Koppel; his grandchildren, Megan, Ashley Swogger, Benjamin and Abby Hollenback; and his sisters-in-law, Audrey Berkebile and Mollie Prestopine (Dave).
