He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Sapp and Zelda Sapp; his wife Mary Jane Wollen; and his daughter Carol Lynn Sapp. He is survived by: his children, Sherry Sapp and Donald W. Sapp; his grandchildren, Shasta Dawn Sapp, Jessica Leigh Dickson, Kara Lynn Sontag, Hannah Louise Sapp and Charles Everett Sapp; and his great grandchildren, Langston Kennedy and Kori Williams.
Due to the COVID 19 virus, the family has postponed all visitation and services at this time.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the church.
