She is survived by: her brother Russell Couch (Shelby Black-Couch); her half-sister Michelle Couch Lonsway (Mike); her stepmother Betty Jo Spickerman Couch; her aunts, Eileen Reed (Tom) and Nancy Couch Vukich; her cousins, Scott Reed, Lindsay Gleichauf, Brayden Vallow, Mason Vallow, Chris Clark, Lindy DeAngelo, Carole White, Bob Gray, Peggy Czartoryski, Pat Gray and Ed Gray; her close friend Stephanie Modro; her goddaughter Sophia Gagliano; her pet Sammi; and also, Bonnie Trelease, Donna Nolan, Kim Smoot, Sandy Colette, Cindy Prindle and Gloria Cappello.
