He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon and Ruthadel; his brother Roger Cummings; his niece Sara Jo; his sister-in-law Linda Cummings; and his close friend Soxx.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Witter; his daughter Anita Loucks; his grandchildren, Allison Peet (Nathaneil) of Knoxville, Ashley Loucks of North Carolina and Avery Hutcheson of Tioga; his pet Tucker; his siblings, Gary Cummings of Middlebury Center, Myraetta Austin (Jerry) of Wellsboro, Sandy Vargeson of California, Hughie Heck (Julie) of Mainesburg and Karen Casey (Randy) of Colorado; and his close friend Sherrel Lampman (Stuart) of New York. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to one of the following: The family to help with funeral expenses or to the Parkinson's Foundation.
