He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Hartman and Margaret E. Hartman (Anderegg); his son Donald Cary; his grandson Robert Michael Cary; and his sister Peg Burrous.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Michele (Daren Hager), Brian (Wilma Cary), Terry (Tara Cary) and Carol (Rick Collins); his grandchildren, Jessica, Alicia, Brande, Kristy, Bobbie Jo, Damieon, Kelly, Jennifer, Cheryl, Morgan, Colton and Taylor; his nephews, Michael and Allen; and his niece Debbie. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
