He is survived by: his wife Mary Rose Sacks; his children, Ray, Boo-Boo, Tony Smith (Karren), Ricky Sacks (Dana), Michele Ackley (Bryan) and Renee Carl (Ben); his grandchildren, Kim, Alexis, Dustin, Ashley, Ryan, Alex, Joe, Jessie, Zachery and Danielle; his great grandchildren, Shy-ann, Riley, Parker, Frankie, Henry, Peter, Haley, Isabelle and Adilynn; and his great great grandchild Violet.
