He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Parslow and Bertha Parslow (Stanton). He is survived by: his wife Lois Parslow; his children, Jeff Parslow of North Carolina, Joyce King of Harrison Valley, Darla Mesler of Harrison Valley, Randy Phillips of Harrison Valley, Rusty Phillips of Blossburg, Shelley Treat of Wyoming and Lanny Phillips of Knoxville; and his brother William Parslow. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
