He is survived by: his former wife Joan Parker Harding; his daughters, Matilda Drake of Knoxville and Malinda Harper (William) of St. Johns, FL; his grandchildren, Matthew Drake (Latisha) of Knoxville, Miranda Tomb (Jeremy) of Dayton, OH, Mary Caffo (Philip) of Knoxville, MD, Mylena Poulton (Stewart) of Henryette, OK, Katherine Harper of St. Johns, FL and Jacqueline Harper of Orlando, FL.; his great grandchildren, Rebecca, Kimberly Tomb of Dayton, OH, Timothy, Leon Caffo of Knoxville, MD, Caleb, Jayden Cone of Knoxville, PA, Jack, Blake and Greyson Drake of Knoxville, PA; his great great grandchild Roselyn Mullen-Tomb; his siblings, Philip Harding of Knoxville, Annette Scholl (Robert) of Dillsburg, PA, Lyle Harding of Wysox, PA, Jane Loucks (Denny) of Elkland and Robert Harding Jr. of Osceola; and his close friends, Kevin Avery (Darlene) and Dennis Mosher. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
