It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John R. Wood of Knoxville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 27, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell C. Wood and Ruth Wood (Edgcomb). He is survived by: his wife Phebe Berdanier; his children, Kitsie Reeves, Roxie Gaines, Douglas, Lori Wood of Painted Post, Phil, Joanna Wood of Knoxville and Mark Wood of Rochester; his grandchildren, Russell, Jesse, Kara (Joshua), Amber (Brian), Breana (Eric), Matt, Amiee (Ryan) and Stephanie (Ben); his great grandchildren, Caly, Jordan, Ben, Wren, Titus, Shiloh, Thatcher, Elena, Emilia and Evalyn; and his siblings, Mary Wetmore and Wally Wood.
