He is survived by: his wife Diane M. Bartoo; his daughters, Lori Low of Knoxville and Tammy Zehr (E. Matthew) of Westfield; his grandson Noah Zehr; and his siblings, Eugene Low of Shinglehouse, Donald Low (Anita) of Shinglehouse, Pearl Faulkner of Wellsboro, Carol Voorhees (Dennis) of Pen Argyl, Patricia Bollinger of Shinglehouse and Ethel Phillips (Tunk) of Shinglehouse. He is also survived by his wife, daughters, son-in-law.
