Kelts of Knoxville, Pennsylvania, born in Osceola, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Brass and Agnes Brass (Starr); her husband Richard Kelts; her brother Kenneth Brass; and her great grandchild Ryan Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Kelts (Diane) of Newark, DE, Wendy Rexford (James) of Greenwood, NY and Sylvia Wynkoop (Cal) of Wellsboro, PA; her grandchildren, Kristie Chamberlain (Jeff), Adam Kelts, Tim Rexford (Dawn), Amy Mills (Mike), Stacey Williams (Lee), Melissa Wilson (Dave) and Cassie Wynkoop; and her sister-in-law Muriel Brass. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Yoked Church in Knoxville PA.
