Cook of Lansing, NY; his stepson Perry Cook (Paige); his children, Hunter and Mikayla Cook; his grandchildren, Makaytive, Maleiyn and Mianyka Tompkins; his siblings, Roy "Fred" Tompkins (Lyda) of Knoxville, Leonard of Knoxville, Frances Dunn of Addison, NY, Mary Ellen Fitzwater of Westfield and Sharon Heysham (Randy) of Elkland; and his sister-in-law Judy Tompkins of Knoxville.
