He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald A. McCaig and Eva A. McCaig (Williams); his sister Karleen; his brother-in-law Robert McCarthy; and his niece Latrisha McCaig.
He is survived by: his children, McKenna Schuver (G. Justin) of Tampa, FL, Nicholas J. McCaig of Addison, NY, Morgan McCaig of Athens, Hailey McCaig of Athens and Schaelynn McCaig of Athens, PA; his grandchildren, Audrey Rumsey of Campbell, NY and G. Austin Schuver of Tampa, FL; and his siblings, Carolyn McCaig of Addison, Donald McCaig (Michaeleen) of Addison, Ronald McCaig (Jenny) of Woodhull and Glenn McCaig (Melody Robinson) of Addison.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kenyon Funeral Home (214 W Main St, Elkland, PA 16920). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
