He is survived by: his children, William David Neely of Indiana, Daniel J. Neely of Frederick and Bonnie Jean McBroom (Jan) of Derry; his granddaughter Jessica Lynn of Frederick, Maryland; and his siblings, Merry Gene Bartley, Blake Neely (Kay) and Blane Neely (Heather).
