He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheridan L. Kitchen and Edith J. Gates Kitchen. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Radaker; his children, Kaleb, Kyle and Zane; his stepson Canian; his children, Michael, Laura, Jason and Debra; his brother Don; and also, Debra and Donna.
