He is survived by: his parent Gladys Ruth; his spouse Connie Knight; his daughters, Lisa Cotherman (Nelson) of Knox and Shellie Ruth (Ed McGrady) of Knox; his niece Staci Fyock (Mike) of Corisca; his grandchildren, Andrew Ruth, Amanda Ruth of Emlenton and Megan Cotherman of Knox; his great grandchildren, Hayden of Emlenton, Bentley of Emlenton and Chevelle Ruth of Emlenton; his siblings, Art Ruth (Toni) of Texas, Howard Ruth (Sandy) of Knox, Suzie Heller (Larry) of Brookville, Nancy Myers of North Carolina and Pat Shoffstall of Franklin; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Benninger of Knox, Carolyn of Knox and Ted Knight (Pam) of Knox.
