She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Hoffman and Essie Hoffman; her spouse B. Duane "Tex" Texter; her siblings, Geraldine Mills, Louella Beichner, Delores Ritson, William Huffman, Robert Huffman, Dallas Huffman Sr., Ronald Huffman and James Wayne Huffman; and her siblings-in-law, Gladys Huffman, Janice Huffman, Doris Macormac, James Mills, Paul Beichner Sr., John Stitt, Carl Schrekengost and Ray Bell.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Texter of Knox; her grandchildren, Laurie Smith (Maurice), Drew Wideman of Butler, Quinton Smith of Butler and Nathan Smith (Tori); her great grandchildren, Serena Smith of Sligo, Natalie Smith of Sligo and Kameryan Smith of Sligo; her daughter Brenda Wagner (Jerry) of Knox; her grandchildren, Jeremy Wagner of Knox and Jessica Wilshire (Scott); her great grandchild Morgan Ruth Wilshire of Knox; her son Stephen Texter (Laura) of Knox; her grandchildren, Thomas Jasko (Angel) of Fryburg and Katie Ann Texter (Skyler); her great grandchildren, Brynlee Troup and Chadley Troup of Fairmount City; her grandchildren, Erin Texter (Colin) of Parker and Ronnie Texter (Mataya) of Knox; her sisters, Pat Stitt of Rimersburg, Carol Brown of Rimersburg and Romaine Schrekengost of Putneyville; her sisters-in-law, Nancy Huffman, Mary Huffman, Betty Huffman and Gayle Bell; and also Sam Ritson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid restrictions there will be no public visitation and the family will hold a private funeral service.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials are made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, PO Box 1000, Memphis TN 38101, or the charity of one's choice.
