We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Rose Lowman of Knox, Pennsylvania, born in Annawan, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arther DeCraene and Mary Faiet DeCraene; her husband Walter Lowman of Shippenville; her son Robert David Marchand; her sister Barbara of Sheffield, IL; her stepsons, Gary Lowman of Clarion and Steven Lowman of Shippenville; her brother-in-law Paul Hilger of Prophetstown, IL; and her nephews, Jeffrey and Jesse Spears.
She is survived by: her close friend Dusty; her children, Arnold Marchand (Debbie) of Knox, Michael Marchand (Karen) of Churchville, VA, Randall Marchand (Lisa) of Lynchburg, VA, Richard Marchand (Erin) of Hermitage, C. John Marchand of Strattanville and Monique Nellis (Chad) of Knox; her stepchildren, Deanna Wingard (Les) of Shippenville and John Lowman (Debra) of Shippenville; her siblings, Elaine Hilger of Prophetstown, IL and Andrew DeCraene (Billie Kidd) of Tucson, AZ; her brother-in-law Jerry of Sheffield, IL.; and her nieces, Evonne Cox and Evette VonHolten. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
However, because of the current Covid pandemic, and for the safety of everyone, this will not be possible.
