He was predeceased by: his parent George Fenchak Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Elsie Krompholtz; his wife Linda; his son Rob Fenchak of Knox; his grandson Derik Fenchak of Knox; his stepgrandsons, Brandon Switzer of Knox and Brodi Switzer of Knox; and his siblings, Ron Fenchak (Eunice) of Oregon and Sandra Banghart (Jerry) of Washington State. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks memorial be made to the Grace E.C. Church "Benevolence Fund", 2561 Grace Church Road, Knox PA 16232.
