It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Blair of Knox, Pennsylvania, born in Rimersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Montgomery and Florence Snyder Montgomery; and her husband Ernest Blair. She is survived by: her sons, Ron of Knox, Larry of Rockland and Steve of Knox; and her siblings, Winan Montgomery, Lorraine, Martha, Helen, Lois and Beulah. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
