She is survived by: her mother Miriam Butler; her husband Gerald Boorech of Shippenville, PA.; her siblings, Debbie Blackburn, David Butler, Donald Butler, Steve Butler and Ben Butler; her children, Rachel, Leroy Battles, Sam Wynkoop, Sandra Schmidt, Dan and Heather Wynkoop; her stepchildren, Allison Bell and Tom Shanafelt; and her grandchildren, Grace, Scanlon, Rebekah, Chase, Lillianna, Benjamin, Hunter, Isabella and Darren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Special Olympics in her memory.
